Exporting Data out of Intralink 3.x

What is the best way to export ProE data/files out of Intalink 3.x so that it can be used in ProE without Intralink? For example, by a suppler who is outside of the company firewall and does not have access to Intralink. Thanks in advance...

Load top level file in Pro/E, then in Pro/E, File | Backup (saves all files outside of the workspace).

Backup gets all needed files for regeneration. It doesn't include some files (like layouts) that are needed for some edits but not for regeneration - which you probably don't want those folks to do anyway.

as suggested , pro/e backup, do not use intralink method.

if you need an autoprocess that will look within intralink for any changed file and auto publish any output to a windows directory, then I sugest a product called "ibridge" and rand/imaginit product , very very good and you can configure it for amy outputs , text pdf dxf native pro/e etc .
