You can use Report Builder for this. I did something like this for a customer a few years ago, will give you more information when I find it. If you have some "draft" version of the report and have specific questions, feel free to ask
concerning generating reports... interestingly, what methods generating of report forms are used by developers? As I think most simple method to get document with report's table - is to code JSP that query object information from windchill and generate html table with this info. Also there is opportunity to generate pdf document on windchill server using xml-xsl transformation. How can we get report another way?
