Upgrade from 10.2 to 11.0 completed successfully.
Setup replica server where the master uses HTTPS. Generated new master key and located on replica, imported master cert into replica, imported replica cert into master.
Master site includes HTTPS:\\<server name>.customer.com\Windchill \servlet\WindchillGW in replica's site and wt.properties.
Replica server - broadcasts successfully.
Vaults - mount and validate successfully.
Replication rules - established.
Reset Replication - set for site
Replication schedule - established, enabled and ready.
Replication Jobs - Status Completed, Items Replicated - 0, Total Items - 0.
replQueue - Started and Enabled.
A case has been open for 5 weeks. Several webex's have validated the setup. Customer's network mgt. claims there is nothing blocking comm between master and replica.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this?
Any suggestions on where to look next?
