Failed to add part to structure

Hi Guys,

While adding the WT Part in BOM Structure, I got a both are not on the same site, but both are the same product only. Does Any one have any idea about this?

The basis of the error message comes up most often when you are trying to add a part that is not share to the project or some other context issue. Odd that its saying Site. Nothing came up in the knowledge base with that specific error but similar ones.

Anything you can tell us about these two parts? Is one not checked in like its exists in a workspace, newly created? Are projects involved?
