Failed to launch Cognos Reports

I have installed Business Reporting Module in windchill 10.2, still when i try to open the reports from the site context I get a error "report can only be launched when Business Reporting is installed". Guys please help me on this.

That looks like the error displayed when wt.reporting.thirdParty.enabled is set to false. After installing the Business Reporting module, did you follow the post install actions in the install guide?:

There are some properties that need to be configured. And then the model needs to be updated and the reports loaded into cognos. After completing the post install actions, you should be able to run reports.
