Find Similar Parts window shows Parts for the nodes even if no attributes are defined for that node

I am using Windchill PartsLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS12

Find Similar Parts window shows Parts for the nodes even if no attributes are defined for that node, we are separating our attribute releases based on different nodes so we want to find the Parts only where the classification attributes are present but it looks like its searching for all the Parts, we don't want to see that windows for nodes which do not have any attributes

I could reproduce the behavior locally, I suggest you to raise a case in order to investigate more and confirm if behavior works to specification or any bug.
