GC overhead limit exceeded

We are in the process of upgrading from PDMLink 8.0 to 9.1 M050. We are also running on a clustered environment for the first time. One issue we are running into is from time to time we get a GC overhead limit exceeded error when trying to logon. It usually aoccurs after we have been running multiple steps and options then exit and try to logon again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to add the memory of tomcat/methodserver.

Which OS you are running your Windchill?

We have windchill here runnning on WIndows 2003 64 bit. The Heapsize of 4GB is working well for us. How much RAM do you have? If it is 32bit Windows OS the heap size can not go further than 1.4GB.
