Generate .ser files

Hi All,

I need to build new runtime resource bundles files for resource info files.

Does anyone know how it is possible to compile from .rbInfo to .ser?

Any information will be helpful.

Use ResourceBuild. E.g. resourcebuild wt.lifecycle.StateRB true
