Get BOM for more than 10 levels

PTC.ProdMgmt.GetBOM?$expand=Components($expand=Part;$levels=max)

GetBOM action takes only 1-10 levels as input to "levels", and max is 10. Is there any possibility we can customize the maximum level allowed?

EX: can I see BOM structure for 18 levels using the following POST request.

PTC.ProdMgmt.GetBOM?$expand=Components($expand=Part;$levels=18)

My requirement is to get the BOM structure based on a part ID.

Instead of doing levels=max or 10, I want to request levels = 32 or any other integer greater than 10

Are you using WindChill or some other PTC product?

I don't have the info you are looking for, as the only references I could find point to the max level of 10 as wel (hard-coded?).  But if you don't get a response here, from one of the more knowledgeable folks, I was going to suggest you open a Windchill support case, asking about customization, as we have some engineers who specialize in what is possible with customization or not.  Perhaps they can offer insight into this.
