Group By This Field option for tables created with tree builders

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.3

Currently, for the table created with table builder having the option called "Group By This Field" in the column drop down. But for the table created with tree builder is not having this option.
But we need a way to add this option "Group By This Field" for tables created with tree builder also.

Unfortunately it is not supported for the tree table. It does not make sense to group structured tree. 

You should solve the problem different way. For example, create own structure to a groups level.
