HTTP Server启动不了，双击，一闪就消失了

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS03

windchill 11.3 HTTP Server启动不了，双击，一闪就消失了。 methodserver启动页卡住不往下了。
附档有logs请帮忙分析解决问题，谢谢！

The problem was solved because port 80 was being abnormally occupied.
