Use Case: How do users train on this feature

Description:

OK, maybe I'm late to the game but naming a feature in Windchill "Actions" is like naming a carrot "vegetable".

Anyone know where the training / user story into is on this feature in Windchill 13.

This should give an overview of the user interface.

Nothing in that about "Actions" table on the home page.

Thanks, I had seen that but we do not have Windchill Risk and Reliability installed?

What do you need to know about the feature?

1. you can chose a function type 

2. It shows you allowed operations like check out copy create CR etc.

3. It is just simple function to work with the latest Updates objects shown in the Updates table.

 There is nothing else what you can explain about this feature.

I am looking for detailed information to create training materials. Do you know if there is a preference setting for what types of objects can be selected?

No I do not know any configuration for this Action feature. 

There is only the help information and that 's all

You have to create own training materials based on your experience with the feature.

From my point of view it is just some custom function that is an example of the some implementation.

Looks like it has been available since 11. You can remove it from the Home page list under customization from the site/Client Customization then set to No.
