But I don't even know where to go to start a Report or Query Builder or Reportable Item or anything.   I'm new to PTC Windchill.  In my homescreen, I see Saved Reports and Reports, but I don't see how to create a new one.

Also note that creating reports is more of a Windchill admin function - typical users won't have access. If you're not an admin for your company, you'll probably need their help to create the report for you.
