You can create a library if you have organization administrator rights or have been set to the role of "Library Creator" within your Windchill installation.
Assuming you are using Windchill 10.x or 11.0, here's how you make a new library:
- After logging into Windchill, go to the side bar on the left and click on the Library icon:
- Click the "View All" link:
- If you have rights to make a new library, you should see the new library icon:
- Click on that and follow the wizard to complete the process.
