How set up my windchill search to see the "file name" when all types is checked?

When searching for files, I want the "file name" to show up for CAD docs per below.  But this only when CAD documents box is checked which is fine.

I want the column for "File name" to be available when "All Types" box is checked. 

So when you do this, “File Name” column is not an option because it is including wtparts and documents. 

As you see below, when setting up a customized search, the “File Name”, it is not available. 

Any suggestions on how to see file name column when all files are displayed?

File Name is not a common Attribute, that's why it doesn't appear in your Search when you select different Types.

You can use the search field Keyword in the Advanced Search to filter on file name of Documents.
