How to Associate a document to a drawing

I am trying to find away to associate a document to a drawing.In the drawings related objects tab there is not documentsoption.Does anyone know how to do this?

What we’ve been doing is associating the document to the drawing model’s/ Assembly’s Part or End item

Can have an attachment to a drawing thats visible from the General tab, but since its only an attachment its not searchable.

We attach documents at the part level, not the drawing level. You can make an attachment on the general tab, I believe under notes, which is not searchable.
