We are planing to change our Windchill Domain.
For doing this what will be the Actions we have to do?
While doing this there will be any precutions we have to take?

Yes it is possible to do this, we have done it. It should be covered by the Windchill Rehost Guide.
As the above guide probably tells you you should practice the procedure in a test environment before doing it in your production environment.

do it on the test server and make a good backup&recovery plan , there is no problem, good luck!
Are you still looking to change the domain on your Windchill Server? A rehost will complete this, but there are some steps that aren't needed.
