How to add TOOL(i.e. Hammer) in PTC ?

HI

I want to add Part & Tool to the PTC Windchill

Right now there is two option to add Part like Electric Part & Part

Now, I want to add Tool but didn't find any option

Please provide the help, how to add Tool in PTC ?
