How to add the WTPart to workspace

I am trying to add the WTPart into the Workspace for WGM i am unable to get the api for WTPart 

articel : CS40907(for EPM)

Hi,

Only during "Edit Associations" operation, the WTPart are added to WS by the system automatically(As far as I can remember) , in no other scenario there is actually a need to add WTPart to WS.

I also never came across any user asking this in my role as WC admin.

May be you have a use case, which you can explain to us please.
