How to change from Site to Organizational level in Windchill

refer to Article - CS161191 - How to move soft-types and global attributes from Site level to an Org level in Windchill ,  if you have data cerated at that type , you have to create ab equivalent on org level and then use the type move tool  https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs368420

It could work. Create new subtype with new unique internal name

Use the utility to change the object type on the existing documents

Remove the old type. 

Rename the new type to the original one you want.

Do you talk about a type and attribute management? 

Unfortunately only deleting the subtype solves your situation and create it on the right organization

I do not know any existing method for moving the subtype from a site to an organization.
