How to change personal settings

Why can not I edit if I go through my profile in the quick link's profile?
How do I make it possible for users to change their own settings?

Instead of Profile, they will pick the Preferences option right above it. They will only be able to change Preferences they have access to.

Yo can canage the preference under 

Quick Links > My settings > Preferences

Only Windchill administrators have the acess to modify the profile , You can contact your windchill Admin to update your E mail adress
