How to display a custom Attribute on Implementation Plan, during Change Notice creation?

I have created a custom task and a custom attribute for that task, but I am unable to figure out how to display the attribute on the Implementation Plan page as I create additional tasks. There doesnt appear to be a display option for this page. There is a Customize button available on the Implementation Plan tab
