How to extract WTpart to EPMDocument link from windchill database

How to extract data from Windchill DB using Oracle SQL for following cases:

  1. EPMDocument to WTPart link & the link type if it exists
  2. Is EPMbuildHistory consolidation of epmbuildrule and epmbuildassociation link?
