During my presentaiton at PlanetPTC, there was concern with the lack of training available to come up to speed on using the PSM. I did some checking and found out there is a two day (4 hours per day) virtual class planned for the end of June although I don't see it listed on the website.
If you are looking for the class on ptc.com the title of the class to search for is 'Monitoring Windchill Performance using the PTC System Monitor'. Also, based on my information using the 'Request a Class' on the class description page is one of the main ways eductional services judges demand for a class and when they get enough requests they hold the class. Since this class is generally delivered virutally I suspect classes might be scheduled regularly if there was enough interest.
