How to install Service information manager

Hello ,

  I want to know how to install and configure Service information manager in windchill .

Which installable i require if share snapshot of windchill installable . It will be easy also share configuration document of it.

Hi Bhagyashree

Please refer below steps to install the service information manager in Windchill:

1. Launch PTC Solution Installer (PSI)
2. Select Update Existing Installation -> Install Optional Components
3. Check below box(es) under Service Modules
   • PTC Windchill Service Information Manager
   • PTC Windchill Service Parts
4. Continue with PSI to complete installation
