How to move files in cache vaults to master vault

I have the following (not yet in production) setup in Windchill 9.1 M040
Master Site
     Master Vault
     Cache Vault

Remote Site 1
     Replica Vault
     Cache Vault

Remote Site 2
     Replica Vault
     Cache Vault

Remote Site 3
     Replica Vault
     Cache Vault

Remote Site 4
     Replica Vault
     Cache

I have set wt.fv.forceContentToVault=false and wt.fv.useVaultsForAllContent=true

Users at the remote sites set their "Preferred File Server" preference to
to appropriate server so they can take advantage of a local cache vault
and local file content from the replica vault.

My problem is this:
How do I move the files placed in the Cache vaults to the Master Vault?

I have searched the Windchill System Admin Guide, the Business Guide,
the Windchill Vaulting and Replication Planning Technical Brief, and the
PTC Knowledge base. I have found nothing on how to accomplish this seemingly
simple task.

Can somebody give me a pointer on how to get started?

Randy,
This operation of moving files from the cache vaults to the master vaults is called Synchronization. This is an automatic process that happens on some specified interval. I believe the default is every 4 hours. Additionally you can force a synchronization. Read the System Administration Guide on page 144 for File Synchronization.
