I can not access Windchill.

I can not access Windchill.

Hi all

I installed Windchill.
The installed environment is a PC using a router with an external IP.

I used port forwarding to access the internal IP of the PC that installed Windchill using the external port on the external IP.

The Windchill approach on PCs using the same router is successful.
The Windchill approach on PCs using the not same router is fail.

The host file is also set, but results does not change.

It is accessible until "it Works !!"[server], but not "/ Windchill"[server/Windchill].

Attempting to access through inbound rules and port forwarding has appeared in "The page requested on Lmadmin can not be found." [Port used is 8080]

If i attempt to access the 7788 or 80 port, "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" appears.

I thought it was possible to access a PC from another PC.[before Windchill]

However,I think access to Windchill seems to require different settings.
For example, to access Tomcat, should add Address = "0.0.0.0" to the Tomcat config file.

I thought Windchill also need these additional settings.

I would appreciated your help.
Thank you

While searching for a solution, I found VPN and reverse proxy.

I was curious.
About reverse proxy

VPN can not be set. [Not supported]

Can I configure it on the same PC when I set up the reverse proxy?

When setting up the reverse proxy, does <proxy_server_host_name> contain an HTTP host [IP address of the PC where I think the HTTP server is installed]? Or should I have the IP of the PC with Windchill installed?

Conversely, should <Windchill_host_name> contain the IP of the PC with Windchill installed?

Also, can I do xconfmanager -s "wt.httpgw.mapCodebase = http: // <Windchill_host_name>" to do wt.httpgw.mapCodebase = http: // <windchill_host_name> [: <port>] / <web_app_name>?

In addition, we have already done so by following https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS68466
http://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/wc110_hc/whc_en/index.html#page /Windchill_Help_Center/WCAdvDepNetworkConfig_ReverseProxy_BasicReverseProxyConfiguration.html to see if there is a risk of collision?

Please help me..
I only do this one week.
I need your help vigorously.
Poor, please answer me.
Please.
