I can't hide the sequence part

Hi,

I had to add sequence to the implementation plan in the change notice, but I cannot hide it from users.

They can intervene. Is it possible to block this from my profile or any other way?

I must see but others must not.

this not done possible OOTB, you may extend com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.change2.validators.ChangeTaskSequenceValidator, and register your class in ChangeManagement-service.properties.xconf
