As shown below, the Jenkins plugin shows 'error' message for connecting windchill RV&S account.
How can I fix it ? please refer below information that depicts my situation and let me know the way to fix it.
FYI
1. Version : Jenkins-2.319.3 / windchill-12.4.0.0 / Jenkins plugin-2.5
2. I've already checked whether I entered my PTC account correctly several times.
3. I've gotten no access error with PTC.
4. I've already tried to access with other accounts but same 'error' message was showed
even though the account got no access error to PTC too.
