Bring that part in Workspace. Click on Edit --> Select Auto Association/ Edit Association --> & CheckIn the Part Again.

Or You may Also Use Compare Part Structure Action in Web Browser.

Click on the Information Icon of that Part or Assembly --> Click on Action --> Click on Compare Part Structure --> Click n the Top of the Window Single/Multiple Level Build Associate Icon.
