Hi,
Found this issue bizarrely on a customer server however the following did not resolve it:
- wt.index.enabled was already true
- Recreated org level indexing policy for WTObject > All > WBLIB
- Deleted all indexing
Objects still showing no policy
- Selected "Reset objects with no policy"
- Still showing with no policy
I guess this will have to be a PTC call but just wanted to share with you all.
Thanks.

Just to give you all an update if you're facing this issue. A resolution was given, the policy was created at ORG level, PTC have recommended creating it at SITE to resolve this issue. I'll confirm once we've done this to feedback results.
EDIT: This worked and all objects are now being indexed correctly, not sure where they reside and why they aren't at org level, PTC say it could be templates which once used will carry on not being indexed but I'm not so sure, there are 17,000+ objects.
