Installed CEO Elements (ProE 5.0) - Application will not run.

Installed CEO Elements (ProE 5.0) - Application will not run.

After several installs and reinstalls Pro Student edition fails to start. There were no errors during installation or when attempting to run ..the application attempts to start, then just quits. Anyone know anything about this problem?
