Where can I find critical updates and security patches for my Oracle database?
I need to install several Oracle critical updates and security patches. We have Windchill Intralink 9.1 M070 with the bundled version of Oracle database 10.2.0.3.0 running on Windows Sever 2003 R2, Service Pack 2, 32bit.
Since Intralink comes with bundled Oracle from PTC, we are not an Oracle customer. When I go to the Oracle support site and try to download any patches I am asked for a Support Identifier number in order to access the patches. Again our version of Oracle came with Intralink from PTC so we don’t have a Support Identifier number with Oracle tech support. I can't find the patches anywhere on PTC.com to download either.
The question is how do I get access to the updates and patches from Oracle???
I contacted Tech Support but I am just getting passed from one person to the next, no one seems to have the answer for how I get access to these Oracle updates...
Anyone have any experience with this? Here are the updates I need to install.
