Intralink 3.4 Information window graphics

Since we have moved to WF4 and IL3.4 we are not getting updates to the
Information window graphic display. How do you force the little graphic
window to get the updated information?

Try these config.pro options:
save_drawing_picture_file embed
save_model_display shading_high

Nope those did not work.

There are some other options in config.pro 'LOD level of display'
settings, Can't remember what they are - have a look. I would have thought
the other options would have sorted it.

Try installing Productview express. This may be a silly answer, because usually it gives you a message in the graphics of the thumbnail area. May be it is not giving you any message.
