Is it possible to keep the Master Content in the Cache Vault on a Replica File Server

Is there a wt.property setting which can be set to keep Master Content created on a Remote File Server stored in the Cache Vault. Even when a sync is run every 3 hours to a Main Site.

I do not know if it is possible to set such kind of configuration..
