Yes there is a way how to do that.

It is possible to select the change name history directly in a database for subfolders. 

mssql

select * from WindchillDB.IdentityChangeHistory where classnamekeyA3='wt.folder.SubFolder'

a idA3A3 is a internal identification of a folder.
