Issue with Add to Workspace Single Asm vs Group of asm together

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.2

While Adding CAD documents to Workspace, the no. of objects getting added to Work space differs when Individual Assembly vs Required collected assembly from Resulting object section. Because of this, users getting Broken links when the assemblies got opened in CAD session

I am facing the same issue with creo as well. This is irrespective of WGM. Even in Standalone browser, I am facing this issue
