Issue with caddoc.jspf

Has anyone ever had an issue with this file? Our info pages of all our CAD doc's are throwing a server error 500. Has anyone ever seen this type of issue before? The error with this file is being identified in the log files. We are on Windchill 10.2 m020.

What is the error message that's written to the MS log when you encounter the 500 error on this file?
