Hi @vijaykamdi 

It seams that there is some performance issue. It could be also a different reason . 

It needs to diagnose this behavior, because there are many reasons why it is not added to the operation.

You should contact Windchill admin to check logs, if there are not any interesting information, set the log level to debug or trace and so on.
