Large Assembly Thumbnail was not generate

Hi,

Large assembly file's thumbnail was not generate..

so we change option that 'publish.cadtimeout.assembly' to 10800.

Still no thumbnails are generated.

What additional settings should I use to create thumbnails reliably for large assemblies?

You are seeing a timeout error then?  Anything showing in the log file, with more error details?

I'd suggest opening up a Support case, for this, as that will probably be the best bet.

I created a case and said it was a problem for too large an assembly.
This is because the worker equipment is not a specification to handle large assemblies.
However, this is only a case of PTC ASIA and I have a question about whether there are other solutions in other regions.

As you reference CS, let's increase Triangles and watch the situation.

We are having issues with large assemblies timing out also.  I wonder what this problem is?
