Brian,
We recently (4 weeks ago) cut over to Windchill, PDMLink. I have
users getting everything that I am reading about in the posts. The worst
one is the Family Table Neutral Data Error. Once you get this you are done,
workspace is corrupted & you have to delete it. I have no work around for
it. I am working with PTC installing their patches, so far we have had 18
error codes that corresponds to 6 patches. We are going to install them on
our non-production instance today & see what happens??
The other error we are getting and is very inconsistent is: Server Error:
java.lang.NullPointerException.
Good luck, If I come up with anything I will let you know.

Your feedback will be welcomed. I am curious about this too.
