Version: Windchill 12.1
Use Case: I’m seeing issues when I check in drawings into Windchill where it adds a bunch of weird spacing to the PDF version ( After publishing). Everything looks fine in CREO Parametric and when I do a quick export from CREO, it looks fine as well .

You have to look at the system that is publishing the PDFs. For us, our CAD Worker is a dedicated server (I believe this is fairly typical). You'll want to verify the settings on that CAD Worker, including making sure that any fonts used in the drawings are installed on the CAD Worker.
Thanks for you response, We are having this issue for only some drawing. Even the previous revision of same drawing looks good.
Hi @Kumar_KB
Definitely you have to have same configuration on the Visualization Worker as a local machine.
Config.pro options that are important for the drawing/models, all fonts, also PDF configuration etc.
sure user's macros are not important...
Also it would be nice to see a screenshots of the drawings where is the issue shown compered to the correct one.

PTC fonts or TrueType fonts?
The publishing computer must have the same fonts installed as the Creo computer.
Can you provide an image showing the differences? I'm curious to know if the text is in a table or in a note. We had an issue with tables a while back that i can look up if that's the case.
The other item to check is to make sure the Creo configuration on the CAD worker(s) is the same as the PRODUCTION Creo configuration. Always best to have the print settings setup exactly the same on clients and CAD worker(s).
Hi Scott,
Its in the drawing notes. not in tables.
Are they extra spaces because they are using the Tab key to space the note formatting?
No there is not Tab space, If we see the same drawing in Creo Parametric, there is no space & for export PDF also fine. These spaces are coming in only published drawing in Windchill. We have a utility to download PDF for drawings. if I download published drawing as a pdf drawing has these extra spaces in it.
