Lowercase attributes to Uppercase parameters

Using PDMLInk 9.0. There are several Windchill attributes which we want to display in our Pro/E drawing titleblocks. Unfortunately these Windchill attributes are lowercase and our engineering standards call for uppercase text in drawings.

What have you done to either chnage the coming text to uppercase or get around the issue?

Add a constraint on the Windchill attribute. Use the Uppercase
constraint, if the user enters the values in lowercase, it will be
stored as Uppercase.
