MPMLink installation

Hello community,

I am trying to install MPMLink for Windchill, in the PSI installation i have arrived to the step where i need to locate the Windchill MPMLink in the Staging folder but i cannot find the correct installation folder in the PTC software download page (see picture). My question is where can I find the correct dowload file for the MPMLink, the Windchill version i use is version 12.1.1.0

You can follow the below steps:

1. Select product family as Windchill MPMLink

2. Select the appropriate release.

3. Then select your version by expanding the "Show all other Available versions" node.

4. Download the zip and extract it. Refresh the staging area.

In the PTC Software download page

The point is that you have to have a License for the MPMLink that you can download the SW.

If you can not see the WINDCHILL MPMLINK option you need to contact PTC to solve the issue if you believe that you have bought the correct license.
