Create a ticket (ini) file like this:

Representableoid=VR:wt.doc.WTDocument:3799114 #Document OID

Repdesc=Manually loading PDF #What ever
Repdefault=true
Put the Product View files and .ed file in the right relative folder to
the server and then drop the ini file in the <temp>/wcinput folder. If
you load a drawing files (plot) in, you will get the drawing interface
on the document where you can edit and create additional representations
manually via the web interface. Works in 7.0.
