Massive replacement of a component A for all parents

Hello,

I'm looking for a Widnchill functionality to replace a part A by a part B for all assemblies F1, F2, F3... where it is currently used. Note it is in the part structure, and not on CAD.

The component B is already created and has been assigned as BOM item for some others assemblies.

The replacement shall be done massively for all BOMs in an efficient way.

I thought a similar one to the 'save as' function in the workspace could be used, but I haven't found it. I would be surprised if there is no such function in a PDM like PDMLInk.

As you said, The Save As in the Workspace allow to replace in mass (in the second step of the wizard, can choose in which parent ...). If I remember, driven by a pref

But you can also do that in the Change Managament process. In the change Acitivity .
