When a user cannot login in Windchill, it shoul give him more informations about the reason.
The main causes should be: Incorrect user, Incorrect password, Expired User, Locked User, Incorrect Password, etc
Our support team spend a lot of time resolving issues which can be fixed automatically with better information about failed loggings.
I think is very important to face this to save customer and reseller's support resources.
A simple "User/username does not exist" could be so helpful when people send out links to objects and the person has never had an account.
Especially when they deal with other Windchill systems they do have access to, and don't understand they are not all one big system.
