Multiple Log in Screens

I search within the forum for the answer to this and couldn't find one so I am bringing it back to the group. What is the setting that needs to be changed to stop the user from getting multiple log in screens for Intralink, one when you start Intralink and another when you launch a linked session of ProE?

I remember something like this when we first went to intra-link and the solution for me was to edit your psf file and remove the line which said ENV=INTRALINK_DIR=C:\ptc\proiclient.
