My model is not Retrieving

I am using Windchill 11 when I was trying to open a file it was downloading but it cannot be opened by Creo 4.0, when I check Event Management of my Windchill server it is showing download suceeded but in status bar of creo shows model cannot be retrieved, but the same model can be retrieved from PDMLink server. Can anyone suggest me a right solution.

What is the behavior or what kind of error message are you getting when you try to retrieve?

It could be something like an assembly has multiple skeletons but you don't have multiple_skeletons_allowed set to yes in your Creo Parametric session.

This is a small part file having 4 or 5 features only.

Hello Rizvit

You can try by changing the reolica or changing to master 

also please check if physicsal file is adding to the cache folder
