No results found for part code search

I am using Windchill Foundation & PDM Release N/A and Datecode with CPS N/A 
Direct search for some part codes yields no results, but advanced search can find them.

Body - 部分部件编码直接搜索无结果，高级搜索可以搜到。

can you add some screenshots for direct search ? if you are using index search you may reindex and give a try
